Are treatment plans customized?

Yes. Every consultation begins with an assessment of your skin condition, medical history, aesthetic goals, and lifestyle. Your practitioner will discuss suitable options, expected results, downtime, maintenance requirements, and any limitations so you can make an informed decision. No two treatment plans are exactly alike.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

For most medical aesthetic procedures, yes. A consultation allows your practitioner to assess your concerns, review your medical history, discuss available treatment options, explain expected outcomes, and answer your questions before treatment begins.

Is ERT suitable for first-time aesthetic patients?

Absolutely. Many of our patients are new to medical aesthetics. During your consultation, we take time to explain how different treatments work, what results you can realistically expect, potential downtime, and ongoing maintenance, helping you feel informed and comfortable before making any decisions.
