What is the difference between PRP & PRF?

Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is a second generation to Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). The blood is centrifuged at a lower speed compared to PRP, which allows for the formation of a fibrin matrix. How often should I get a PRF Treatment?
